  CAMPING:
We will be camping in a bigger hay field.  Easy access to camping area from paved road. 
Generators are welcomed.  

ADDRESS:   2300 Caney Fork Road, Cullowhee, NC 28723 

NEED TO KNOW:   Fire station close to get fresh water for rigs. 

Sylva, NC is the closest town within 10 mins from camp.   

No special events happening during this ride.   No band.  No dinner.   Just getting together to ride.

Negative coggins required on all WNC wagon train rides.

April 23rd-26th, 2026
Gathering Day is Thursday.  We will be riding Friday, Saturday and Sunday for those that stay and want to go out on Sunday.  
   
This ride is for saddle riders and wagon riders.  Plenty of beautiful scenery for everyone to enjoy!  Beautiful country up in there.  

Cost for Ride:  This is considered a small ride for WNC.  WNC takes donations for these small rides.   
While on this ride, please see Samantha the secretary or one of your board members to sign in and give your donation.
